Process: SBI Banking - Email / Chat & Inbound Process
Location: Malad Aspee, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions via Voice, Email, and Chat.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC Pass
- Freshers Can Apply
- Malayalam Language Proficiency is Mandatory
- Good Communication Skills in English & Malayalam
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Salary & Benefits
- 20,000 - 22,000 In-Hand
- 25,000 CTC

Shift Details
- Male Candidates: 247 Rotational Shifts
- Female Candidates: Rotational Day Shifts (6:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
