Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Consultant with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance solutions. The candidate should have strong domain knowledge in maintenance processes and proven expertise in SAP PM configuration, integration, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP PM functionalities
• Configure and customize SAP PM modules including Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Planning, Work Orders & Notifications
• Handle end-to-end implementation and support projects
• Integrate SAP PM with other modules like MM, SD, and PP
• Support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and developments
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP PM configuration and support
• Expertise in Maintenance Orders & Notifications
• Experience in Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance
• Good understanding of integration with SAP MM & PP
• Experience in data migration and master data management
• Strong knowledge of business processes in Plant Maintenance
• Ability to handle AMS/support or implementation projects

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with S/4HANA
• Knowledge of SAP CS (Customer Service) module
• Exposure to Fiori Apps
• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / related field

SAP Certification in PM (preferred)

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
