Salesforce QA Engineer | Salesforce Tester

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, document, and execute manual test cases for Salesforce configurations, objects, flows, and integrations
Test Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and page layouts against functional requirements
Validate access, visibility, and user experience across different Profiles and Permission Sets
Set up and use the appropriate Salesforce sandboxes to run and manage testing cycles
Debug and test API integrations with upstream and downstream systems, validating data accuracy end to end
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT-support testing across releases
Log, track, and re-test defects, working with developers and business analysts through to resolution
Assess the impact of changes on end users and raise functional or usability concerns early
Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
