We are expanding rapidly across online and offline channels and are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to take ownership of our retail sales performance in the Mumbai and Pune markets in exciting ways.

What Youll Be Doing:

Manage and analyze sales data to drive actionable insights Provide training and upskilling support to store promoters Take ownership of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets Lead, support, and monitor the performance of the sales team Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance and activities
What Were Looking For: Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills Proven experience in a sales role with a successful track record of exceeding targets Background in customer service and training teams on best practices
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coach teams Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong sales acumen and customer-centric approach Knowledge or interest in the educational technology.
