Job Description

Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of AMC, O&M, water treatment chemicals, consumables, spares, and services.
Develop new customers and expand business in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Provide technical support and prepare quotations.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Execute installation, commissioning, servicing, AMC, and maintenance of water & wastewater treatment systems.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while expanding customer coverage.
Generate service leads and support instrument/product sales.
Prepare and submit service reports and quotations on time.
Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.
Conduct site visits, seminars, exhibitions, and service camps to promote services and solutions.
