Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Identify and acquire new merchants in the assigned territory for POS machine deployment.
- Drive field sales activities to onboard merchants for payment solutions.
- Open Current Accounts for newly acquired merchants and deepen relationships.
- Cross-sell asset products such as business loans, merchant loans, and other banking products.
- Maintain regular interaction with merchants to ensure service quality and identify business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for POS acquisition, Sound box.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, KYC norms, and compliance requirements.
