Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance of home loan products to achieve targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, including builders, developers, and real estate agents.
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to home loans.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay updated on industry developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in sales management or a similar role in the financial services sector (preferably in home loans).
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues alike.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
