Location: Malad, Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager - Sourcing to generate quality leads and drive business for our premium residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage sourcing channels through brokers, channel partners, and direct networks.
Generate qualified leads for premium residential projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
Conduct market outreach and ensure a consistent pipeline of prospective buyers.
Work closely with the closing team to achieve sales targets.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 5-7 years in residential real estate sales/sourcing.
Proven experience in sourcing for residential properties with ticket sizes of 3-5 crore and above.
Strong network and market knowledge in Western Mumbai.
Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with the ability to generate quality business opportunities.
