Working Days: Monday to Friday (WFO) (Saturday Half day WFH)
Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Mode: Work from Office
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Required Skills: Minimum 5+ years of experience in International Freight (Domestic experience not applicable)
Industry: Freight Forwarding industry only

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Management

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Ocean for the self and the team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and strengthen market positioning.
Forecast sales performance, set annual sales quotas, and track revenue and profitability.
Ensure timely collection of receivables within approved credit limits and agreed timelines.

Business Development & Client Management

Drive new business development by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
Support the sales team in client meetings, negotiations, problem resolution, and recovery of delayed payments.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers to enhance profitability and retention.
Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer requirements.
