Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive edgebanding sales and expand market presence in the plywood and interior segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of edgebanding, plywood and allied products
Develop dealer/distributor network and channel sales
Generate business through architects, interior designers, contractors, and carpenters
Achieve sales targets and expand market share
Handle B2B sales and project sales
Monitor competition and market trends

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in edgebanding / plywood / laminates / hardware / building materials
Strong dealer network and market knowledge
Experience in channel sales, B2B sales, and distribution
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
