Job Description:
Beyond LED is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the lighting industry or related fields (LED, electrical, or similar products) and a proven track record of managing sales teams to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, including remote or distributed teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to management.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

6–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lighting, LED, electrical, or related industries.
Proven experience in a sales management role with team leadership responsibilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales targets and manage a team effectively.
