Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to manage both sales and service operations of laboratory instruments. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of technical knowledge and field sales experience within the healthcare / diagnostics domain. This role involves client acquisition, product demonstrations, installation support, and post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Locations: Jaipur/Delhi/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Kerela

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

Promote and sell diagnostic laboratory instruments to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic laboratories
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to prospective clients
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

Service & Technical Support

Provide training to lab staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance
Perform basic troubleshooting and first-level technical support
Coordinate with the service team for advanced technical issues
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Science Graduate
Experience: 1 - 3 years in pharma, diagnostics, or medical devices industry
Prior exposure to laboratory instruments, analyzers, or diagnostic machines preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client support
