Sales Executive

Job Description

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits to expand our customer base.
Consistently meet or exceed established monthly sales targets to support business growth.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective customers to support long-term business development.
Present and promote products and services using well-structured and compelling value propositions.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports to management for performance tracking and decision-making.
Identify and pursue new sales prospects, close deals, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
Strong presentation and promotion skills.
