Role & Responsibilities

Contact potential customers through outbound calls to promote Demat and Trading Account services.
Explain the features and benefits of Demat accounts and resolve customer queries.
Generate leads and convert prospects into successful account openings.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with interested customers whenever required.
Follow up with leads to ensure completion of the account opening process.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding and customer support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate or HSC pass (Graduate preferred).
03 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Banking, Financial Services, or Sales. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Experience in Demat, Stock Market, or Financial Products will be an added advantage.
