We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Engineer Sales & Marketing professionals to support our trading sales operations and drive business growth Industrial Automation
This role involves lead management, technical coordination, quotation follow-ups, CRM discipline, and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Customer Management
- Capture & qualify leads (Hot / Warm / Cold)
- Coordinate technical validation with internal teams
- Ensure quotations are shared within 46 hours
- Follow-up, negotiation & deal closure support
- Escalate high-value opportunities to Senior Manager
B. Order Processing & Coordination
- Verify Purchase Orders
- Coordinate with Back Office for billing & dispatch
- Track order status & payment follow-up till closure
C. Cross-Selling & Business Development
- Identify opportunities for Systems & Vision divisions
- Share qualified leads with respective teams
- Support trading product sales growth
D. Customer Experience
- Conduct post-delivery feedback calls
- Record feedback in CRM
- Ensure complaint resolution within SLA
E. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain CRM discipline (Zoho)
- Submit weekly sales reports
- Ensure ISO 9001 & SOP compliance
