Role Description

This is a full-time OEM Sales position located on-site at our Mumbai office. The OEM Sales professional will be responsible for managing and developing sales relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, providing comprehensive customer service, delivering product training, achieving sales targets, and developing strategic sales strategies. This role requires close collaboration with other teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Qualifications

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners
Customer Service experience to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
Experience in providing Training on product knowledge and usage
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry is an advantage
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills
