Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, market mapping, and customer engagement
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships
- Understand customer production requirements and recommend suitable packaging and automation solutions
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals with clear value and ROI justification
- Conduct product presentations, machine demonstrations, and customer meetings
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders
- Achieve assigned sales targets and order intake goals
- Coordinate with application, service, and operations teams for smooth order execution
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM updates, and forecasting
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
