Position - Marketing Manager/ Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Meet existing and prospective customers to understand their application and pumping requirements.
Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, industrial networking, and market development.
Conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and end users.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve long-term business growth.
Identify upcoming projects in industries such as Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharma, Steel, Water Treatment, Mining, and other process industries.
Coordinate with the Application Engineering, Design, Production, and Service teams to provide suitable pumping solutions.
Prepare visit reports and maintain regular updates in the CRM or sales reporting system.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and customer presentations to promote company products.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends

Required Skills

Strong technical understanding of industrial pumps and pumping systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer applications and recommend suitable pump solutions.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development
