Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through research, networking, cold calls, and emails.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Present products, machinery, and solutions to prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Track sales activities and maintain CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- B.Com, BBA, or BMS graduates with industrial product sales experience may also apply.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial, engineering, or technical products preferred.
- Fresh Diploma/BE Mechanical graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- communication and negotiation skills.
- Lead generation and client conversion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong presentation and proposal preparation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
Preferred Experience
Experience in industrial machinery, automation, engineering products, manufacturing solutions, or the ceramic/sanitaryware industry is an advantage.
