Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our Direct Channel team at Indostar Capital Finance Limited. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or finance.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.


• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct channel sales efforts.


• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.


• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.


• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including capital finance and investment strategies.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
