JD Safety Officer -Data Center Infra - Wireworks (Division of Infiniti Power Private Limited)

• Language: Desirable in English & Hindi
• Job Type: Full-time, Work from office or customer site
• Work Week: 6 days (Mon-Sat)
• Timings: Indian shift (9.30AM-6.30PM, can change based on project requirements)
• Fluency in regional languages preferred but not mandatory

Experience: Minimum 3 Years (1 year experience in Data Center is Mandatory)

Education: 12th+ Diploma in Fire & Safety/IOSH/NEBOSH

Certifications:

• ADIS (Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety) - preferred
• NEBOSH / Diploma In EHS/Diploma in relevant Safety Management courses

Skills :Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment skills, incident investigation skills, training skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills.

Job Description The Safety Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive safety program to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. This role involves promoting a safety-conscious culture, identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, enforcing safety regulations, and investigating incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advise the Project Manager on all HSE-related matters.

2. Promote and enforce safe work practices, including proper PPE use.

3. Identify hazards, develop emergency plans, and establish safety organization.

4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

5. Train personnel on safety procedures and accident prevention.

6. Conduct regular safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.

7. Investigate accidents and prepare incident reports.

8. Maintain good housekeeping practices on the project site.

9. Conduct periodic safety audits and report findings.

10. Organize safety promotional activities and toolbox talks.

11. Manage PPE procurement and distribution.

12. Maintain all required safety documentation and records.

13. Conduct safety induction training for new employees.

14. Submit required safety reports to clients and management.
