Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective safety management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement safe working practices.
Provide training and guidance on safety procedures to employees.
Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all safety procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in Industrial Safety or any engineering field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction safety management, preferably in data centre projects.
Possess strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
