JD Safety Manager -Data Center Infra - Wireworks (Division of Infiniti Power Private Limited)

• Language: Fluent in English
• Job Type: Full-time, Work from office or customer site
• Work Week: 6 days (Mon-Sat)
• Timings: Indian shift (9.30AM-6.30PM, can change based on project requirements)
• Fluency in regional languages preferred but not mandatory

Experience: Minimum 10 Years (3 years experience in Data Center is Mandatory)

Education: Degree/Master's Degree in EHS/HSE/Safety

Certifications:

• ADIS (Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety) - mandatory
• NEBOSH / Diploma In EHS/Diploma in relevant Safety Management courses

Skills :Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment skills, incident investigation skills, training skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills.

Job Description: A seasoned and strategic Manager EHS to lead our environmental, health, and safety initiatives across multiple sites and high-impact projects. This role demands a proactive leader with deep expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and safety culture development

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and applicable national regulations.
2. Lead a geographically dispersed team of EHS professionals, ensuring consistent safety practices across all locations.
3. Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and implement control measures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
4. Oversee incident investigations using RCA, 5 Why, and fishbone analysis; ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
5. Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Conduct regular EHS audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across all operational sites.
7. Design and deliver EHS training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness drills.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, HR, operations) to integrate EHS into daily operations and project planning.
9. Maintain all statutory records and ensure timely submission of reports to regulatory authorities.
10. Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement, leadership coaching, and communication campaigns.
