Job Description

1. Network Design & Engineering:

Expertise in executing following task for Greenfield and Brownfield Network
a) RF Link Budget for different band/ technologies
b) RF propagation model tuning based on CW drive test report for different clutter profile for each cluster/ market
c) Automatic Site Placement Tools
d) Best nominal plan and optimized plan using ACP
e) Monte Carlo Simulation, Analysis and Corrective Action Planning
f) Live Network Planning and Optimization
g) Experience in planning tools like Atoll, Planet, Asset along with Mapinfo.

2. Network Performance Optimization

a) Optimization of networks in multi-vendor, multi technology and multi band scenarios for Tier I operators
b) Expertise in advanced optimization leveraging innovative platforms / solutions and data sources like CTR, MDT, LSR, Crowdsourced analytics, etc
c) Hands- on experience in improving spectral efficiency, load balancing, user experience, interference management, etc

3. O-RAN Architecture

a) Conversant with O-RAN system architecture, functionalities and features
b) Experience in System engineering
c) Field trial execution
d) Solution Integrator (SI) experience
e) System validation/ conformance testing experience

C. Other Skill Set:

1. Should be able to independently handle assigned project and deliver results within target deadlines
2. Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
3. Should be familiar with best RF Planning practises/ process.
4. Well verse with the latest technological trends and developments
5. Good expertise in MS Office, technical presentation and documentation

D. Experience:

10 -15+ years of RF network design & engineering and optimization experience.
