Experience in call flow of 5G & LTE/VoLTE.

Experience in Layer 3 analysis using Post processing tools i.e. TEMS Discovery, XCAP etc.

SCFT/Cluster Optimization, providing recommendations to improve Coverage, Mobility, Traffic Management, DL/UL Throughput etc.

Experience with Multi-Layer RF Optimization including 5G/LTE/VoLTE/2G.

5G Optimization experience covering NSA/SA, mmWave Optimization.

Must have hands on experience of OSS & Performance KPI Monitoring and Optimization.

Hands on experience on RF optimization PM tools i.e. Mycom, JCP, USM/LSMR etc.

Thorough understanding of 3GPP specifications for LTE/LTE-A/5G features and Protocols.

Good understanding of VOLTE/CS network and call flows.

Good analytical and logical skills.

Must be a good team player having the ability & attitude to resolve the customer issues (external as well as internal).
