Job Description
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool and expand store traffic.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc).
- Be a shining example of we'll behavior and high performance.
- Additional store manager duties as needed.
Qualifications
- bachelors degree in fashion, business, or relevant field preferred.
- A minimum of 2-4 years experience in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer management skills.
