Job Description
Design, improve, manage and monitor audits undertaken by external agencies
Perform Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) audits for operational stores
across designated geographies
Identify gaps and perform continuous improvement of the processes
Identify best practices and present in multiple forums
Provide continuous feedback of new initiatives
Participate in Monthly Operational Reviews (MOR)
Drive process compliance across stores by monitoring the action taken on OFIs
Prepare corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) reports
Coordinate with cross functional teams for transparent communication at all levels
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior management
Competence in making various reports and presentations
