Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct research on existing products to improve their quality, stability, and efficacy.
- Develop new products by designing, developing, and formulating innovative pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Design and execute experiments to test new formulations and processes.
- Analyze data from experiments to optimize product development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- M.Pharma degree (Pharmacy) with 4-6 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD), Formulation Development, or Research & Development (R&D).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using software tools such as HPLC/GC/UV spectrophotometry for analysis.
