Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase sales of current accounts and cross-sell third-party products like insurance.
Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through the sale of current accounts and cross-sell.
Source high-value CA customers along with their family banking relationships.
Penetrate business banking products like CMS/POS/Beat services to current account customers.
Achieve business objectives and meet value, volume, and channel productivity metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Job Requirements

Graduate, preferably management graduate, with a strong background in sales and marketing.
Proven experience in managing and sourcing business banking customers/B2B sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Strong knowledge of current account and related products, including insurance and other third-party products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and technology, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
