Job Description
Designation: Relationship Manager (Field Sales Bank Onboarding)
Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 In-hand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new bank partners for loan collaboration.
- Visit banks and financial institutions for partnership discussions.
- Complete onboarding documentation and partner activation.
- Build and maintain relationships with bank representatives.
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth loan processing.
- Follow up with banks for approvals and updates.
- Maintain daily activity reports and onboarding pipeline.
- Achieve assigned onboarding targets.
Requirements:
- Graduation mandatory
- 0-6 years experience in banking / financial field sales
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Fluent English communication required
- Comfortable with field visits to banks
- Female candidates preferred
