Job Description
Role & responsibilities:-
- Execute the orders on behalf of clients. o Ensure the volume of trade is higher & clients trade frequently. o Promoting research calls to increase volume & frequency of trade. o Maintaining high Activation Ratio and High no. of traded clients. o Punch orders for clients on NSE/ BSE terminals. o Recommending and guiding the clients on investment strategies. o Driving distribution business through wealth products like MF, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Corporate FDs, NCDs and etc. o Monitor client exposure limits. o Solving queries of the clients regards market and investment. o Drive focus on generating new business/client base o Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance framework.
Job Specification:-
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to speak in local language and English
- Graduate from recognized university or college
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital market
- Ideally minimum of 1 year experience in Equity broking
- Holds certificate of NISM 8
- Understanding of local market and captive client base
- Should have basic computer knowledge of using email, Microsoft office and etc.
- Freshers can also apply with NISM 8 Certification.
*NISM 8 (Equity Derivative) Certification is Mandatory*
