Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in secured loans, home loans, mortgages, and other financial products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new opportunities through open market research and connectors to expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
Job Requirements :
- 0-15 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in secured loan sales.
- Strong understanding of open market dynamics and ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team towards achieving goals.
