Job Description

1. Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales performance to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for paper chemicals across the Western India region. 2. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. Build strong relationships with potential clients to generate leads and secure new accounts. 3. Customer Portfolio Management: Effectively manage and grow the existing customer base by maintaining strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. 4. Receivables and DSO Management: Monitor and control receivables to maintain healthy cash flow. Work proactively to manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) in alignment with company standards. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the services team to support the successful launch and adoption of new product applications. Ensure seamless integration and technical support for customers.

B.Tech/B.E./Chemical
