Role & responsibilities:
- Credit underwriting of cases as per defined policy.
- Deploy credit policy which is aligned with business.
- Base rejections on sound justifications.
- Continuously improvise underwriting capability based on portfolio performance.
- Vendor Management of the assigned locations.
- Handle internal compliance/audit related queries/responses
- Ensuring quality portfolio.
- Regular branch visits to check adherence to policy and processes.
Preferred candidate profile:
Relevant Credit experience in Gold Loans.
