Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter who is passionate about talent acquisition. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and candidate management across multiple roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate database and track hiring status
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any field
• 03 years of experience in recruitment / HR (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in consultancy/recruitment firm is an advantage
• Understanding of different industry hiring practices
• Good negotiation and coordination skills
