Job Description
3-5 years of experience in lateral and niche recruitment, handling end-to-end hiring for specialized,Junior and mid-level roles. Strong expertise in targeted sourcing, talent mapping, passive candidate engagement, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure. Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms, with a strong focus on TAT, quality of hire and offer-to-join conversion. Role & responsibilities
