Roles & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for IT and Non- IT positions
- Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and social media
- Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
- Interview coordination with clients and candidates
- Salary negotiation and offer management
- Building strong talent pipelines and maintaining recruitment databases
