Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Identification:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research.
Recruitment Activities:
- Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage offer rollouts and candidate onboarding coordination.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Recruitment Operations:
- Maintain candidate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Generate recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
