Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Source and attract top talent for permanent staffing positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

1-2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or related field.
Strong understanding of sourcing profiles, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referral networks, etc.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
