Riyoadvertising is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Mumbai. This role requires a professional with a pleasant demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various front desk and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the front desk, maintaining visitor records, and ensuring a professional environment.
Manage the reception area to keep it neat and welcoming.
Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors courteously.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, providing information as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
