Role & responsibilities

Opal HVAC Engineers Pvt. Ltd., an established HVAC company with 38 years of experience, is looking for young Reception Cum Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of Sales Bills / Tax Invoices

- Maintaining and updating Excel sheets and records main responsibility

- Handling job closing process and related documentation

- Payment follow-up with customers

- Coordination with site teams for site activities and requirements

- Maintaining office records and documentation

- Handling reception and general office communication

- Coordinating with customers, suppliers and site personnel

- Supporting basic GST-related documentation and accounting activities

Preferred candidate profile

- Good knowledge of MS Excel Mandatory

- MS Word and basic MS Office knowledge

- GST knowledge Mandatory

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Good follow-up and organizational skills

- Tally Prime knowledge Optional / Added advantage

- Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing

Candidate Profile

- B.Com graduate

- Fresher or candidate with 1 to 6 months of relevant experience

- Should have good working knowledge of Excel

- Should be comfortable handling office, billing and coordination responsibilities

- Male candidate preferred due to the nature of site coordination work
