We are currently looking for a React Native Mobile App Developer to replace a team member who has recently resigned. The selected candidate will be part of our growing team and will be required to work from our Prabhadevi office (work from office is mandatory).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate React Native developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with React Native and be capable of building robust, scalable mobile applications with pixel-perfect UI implementations.

In addition to development responsibilities, the candidate should have experience in writing unit and integration test cases and be able to guide the team in establishing strong testing practices to improve application quality and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mobile applications using React Native.
• Build pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces based on design specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable JavaScript/TypeScript code.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend and native platform APIs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Write and maintain unit and integration test cases (mandatory).
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and development teams.
• Stay updated with the latest React Native trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android build/deployment processes.
• Experience with Git, including branching, merging, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications.

Interview Process

Round 1: Face-to-face technical interview to assess technical expertise and experience.

Round 2: Machine test covering JavaScript and React Native fundamentals, including programming exercises and UI implementation tasks.
