We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Billing and Estimation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing billing processes, and ensuring the accuracy of invoices. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in ERP or equivalent software.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects.

2. Manage all aspects of the billing process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of invoices.

3. Check bills for discrepancies and raise queries in case of deviations found in the invoices.

4. Support timely payments while adhering to project budgets.

5. Use ERP or equivalent software to manage and analyze financial data.

6. Collaborate with project teams to understand project scope and requirements.

7. Continually review and recommend improvements to the billing and estimation process.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.

2. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.

3. Proficiency in ERP or equivalent software.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
