Quality Inspector

Job Description

1. Perform OBA activities with first priority for projects as required.
2. Basic knowledge of Quality Operations - IQC, IPQC, FQC, FAI, and PDI activities.
3. Monitor production and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
4. Ensure ESD control practices and safety requirements are followed on the shop floor.
5. Knowledge about Audits and maintain action trackers for Process, 6S, Gemba Walk, EHS, Illumination, and ESD activities.
6. Perform audits as per checklist for Amazon section, including carton audit, pallet audit, and PVT device audit.
7. Knowledge of internal/external calibration activities, report verification, and record maintenance.
8. Identify defects, analyse issues, and have knowledge of Why-Why analysis and CAPA as problem-solving methods.
9. Basic knowledge of electronic components and troubleshooting.
10. Good communication and coordination skills.
11. Good knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation.
12. Support customer audits and internal audit activities.
