Job Description
Qualification: B.Sc.(Chemical field preferred)
Job Description :
Analysis of Raw Material, In Process, Finished Goods samples received during the shift
1. To prepare and label the standard reagents solutions, chemicals required in Laboratory sample analysis during day-to-day work.
2. Fill the log book in their respective shift highlighting problem faced during the shift.
3. To maintain all the format documents and use logbooks analytical reports.
4. To clear or reject incoming material after necessary quality checks and post the decision in the SAP within the time frame.
5. To calibrate all the analytical instruments as per their standard calibration plan, these includes the daily calibration of PH meter, KF instrument, Distillation of glycol.
6. To ensure proper housekeeping after work and before leaving the work place.
Interact with various department like production / Boiler / Bagging / store /ETP etc.
Experience :
1. BSc Chemistry with minimum 1 yr. of experience.
2. Analytical Experience.
Language: English (Preferred)
