Job Description
1. Must have completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Dimensional and material checking of all goods inwards.
3. Drawings and material verification of new/original samples
4. Proper storage & location allocation for original samples. As well as tracking of original samples entering & leaving the warehouse
5. Communication with vendors in case of rejections and proper sharing of information to ensure that vendor has taken corrective measures to
6. Random supervision of visual inspection on the shop floor
7. Verification of drawings made by the draftsmen team. And ensuring the drawings are stored systematically
8. Ensuring timely calibration of all measuring instruments being used.
9. Supervision of all samples sent to clients for further orders. Ensuring that best quality samples are being sent that exactly conform to original sample or drawing of the product
