Key Responsibilities

Establish and monitor quality standards for jewellery manufacturing processes
Ensure quality control at all stages: casting, filing, setting, polishing, plating, and final inspection
Handle in\-line and final quality audits to minimize rejections and rework
Develop and implement SOPs, quality checklists, and inspection parameters
Analyze defects, identify causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions
Train and guide QC inspectors and production teams on quality standards
Coordinate with production, design, and merchandising teams for quality alignment
Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and customer requirements
Maintain quality documentation, reports, and MIS
Monitor precious metal loss, wastage control, and finish consistency
