Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team at Abhijeet Plastics India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.

Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.

Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement and develop/implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide training and guidance to junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or chemistry.

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems and principles.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
