Job Description
Knowledge of Solar installation Process for Residential, Commercial Projects.
Ensure the project work are executed and checked in accordance with Quality Control and Safety Process.
Conduct Induction Training and Awareness program for workmen Staff.
Preparation of Quality observation report in Commercial Pojects.
On-site Safety / Quality inspection with all technical aspects of Projects.
Provide records to IC team for Safety and Quality inspection.
Follow-up and updating closure reports.
Carrying out Safety and Quality audits within City and within State.
Electrical Hazard Risk Understanding
Communicate with OM and Execution team.
Regularly inspect equipment.
RCA of near miss cases, Skills required for identification.
Solar Product inspection is Advantage.
Maintain, Publish, track all QHSE related reports.
