Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct process validation activities to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Ensure all quality control processes are documented, controlled, and maintained according to regulatory standards.
Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the pharma industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
